Sacha Tebo (ne Thebaud) was born in Haiti in 1934. He currently lives in The Dominican Republic.

Tebo's studies in architecture and engineering took him to the U.S., France, and Brazil. He began painting in 1958. He has had exhibitions in Rio de Janeiro, Miami, St. Thomas, Madrid, Barcelona, Cali, San Juan, Montreal, and New York.
