What you see in this wing are works of art by some of the most innovative and talented artists from around the world. As of November, 1998 we are adding several new artists and many new images (over 200) which will represent the 1999 monotype collection on-line catalogue, as well as a large number of 1988 images which are still available for sale.
Throughout this wing, each monotype (original painting on heavy archival rag paper) represents an entire series that the artist has created. While every creation carries a visual continuity thoughout a collection, each work is entirely unique.
Most of these monotypes are listed as available in two or more sizes; other sizes on paper or on canvas can be ordered on a commission basis. While most of these paintings are in stock, please consider that because of the large number of variations and sizes, we may have to ask the artist to paint one especially for you. In such a case, please allow three to four weeks for delivery.
Most of the paintings and hand-enhanced giclee prints in this wing are available with custom frames hand-painted by the artist to complement the painting itself. This is absolutely the best way exhibit these pieces, as the artist creates each of these frames individually to match the colors and motifs of the image. Each frame is an original work of art in itself, and takes approximately four weeks to complete. See "About Custom Framing" for details.
