Paintings by Felix Defournoy
Felix Defournoy was born in Petion-Ville, Haiti in 1956. He received first prize in an art show for young painters at the French Institute, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti in 1970. In 1980 he was among several painters exhibiting in the Dominican Republic. Since then, he has exhibited his works in Miami, New York, New Orleans, and Washington, D.C. In May, 1994 he exhibited in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has a permanent collection in a gallery in Boca Raton, Florida.
