Greg Anderson has been a professional illustrator since 1989. A deep love of blues music and experience with the blues guitar led him to begin a long line of blues portraits. These are among the first of that series.
Anderson's unique painting style: Line work is rendered on the front of the acetate panel, and acrylic washes (some opaque, some not) are applied to the back. When finished, a collage is placed on the reverse of the piece to create moods of color and to enhance its texture and beauty.
